Refund policy

All our cookies and products are baked freshly on the day to order. For order cancellations up to 48hrs before delivery/collection we will issue a full refund. For orders cancelled with 24hrs of delivery/collection a credit note for the value of your order will be issued. If we are unable to fulfill an order you will be contacted via email to arrange a refund, credit note or reschedule. Should you be unsatisfied with the condition or quality of your order upon arrival you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Dough Jersey will not accept liability for any complaints after this time.
