Dough Jersey was born out of lockdown 2020. My husband, Chris & I started making homemade cookies and over time developed a perfect recipe! I created branding and socials then and soft launched on social media where we ran the business from our tiny kitchen in St John, Jersey. In 2024, we opened our shop in Jersey’s Central Market and we’re now a fully female run bakery, who use the best local ingredients in our cookies! We’ve expanded our offering to fresh Cinnamon Buns & Brownies, amongst other delicious bakes. We have new seasonal specials every month- make sure you stop by for a taste!
